Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over A$50)
Carrier: EMS
Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear (Men Swim Shorts, Men Swimwear) or underwear unless they are faulty. All other items including denim, shirts, pants, and tops are eligible for returns.

  3. Package your return securely, preferably in the original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processing begins
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Gift card payments receive store credit

Refund Timelines:

  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We ship your new item after processing your return
  • Free shipping applies if the exchange is due to our error (wrong/defective item)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from our error. We recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange free return and replacement/refund.

International Returns

For returns outside Australia:

  • Mark customs forms as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid charges
  • We cannot reimburse customs fees incurred during return
